(i) The Main Aims and objects for which the Society is established are as under: –
a) Provide a platform for all specialities and superspecialities involved in the clinical management
of oncology and related subjects, including but not limited to, medical oncology, radiation
oncology, surgical oncology, molecular oncology, etc.
b) Focus on education, research, capacity building, publication and services in the field of
oncology and related topics.
c) Conduct activities ethically and transparently, including but not limited to, clear roles
and responsibilities of all clinical specialities and superspecialities in oncology.
d) Provide equal opportunities to members irrespective of seniority and age.
e) Establish committees or groups for specific tasks to be conducted in a time-bound and goal-oriented manner.
f) Develop and conduct educational activities including, but not limited to seminars, advisory
boards, CMEs, workshops, conferences, round table meetings, etc.
g) Develop leadership that can assist in the fight against cancer globally.
h) Help members with overall development in their careers as well as personal life - including,
but not limited to, focus on mental and physical health.
i) Do other activities as per the decision of the executive committee/ governing body.
j) Using new techniques and methods to tackle the problem of cancer and related fields.
k) Capitalizing on social media, technology, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology and other future
methods and technology in cancer and related applications.
l) Generate funds and utilize them concerning service, education, research, capacity building
and training in the field of cancer and related aspects.
m) The income and property(s) of the Society shall be applied solely for the promotion and
fulfillment of the aims and objects of the Society provided that any donor intends that the
contributions donations or subscriptions shall be applied to attain any particular objects of the
society such contributions donations and subscriptions shall be spent towards the promotions
of that particular objects only.
